Job Description We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join our real estate and secured creditors rights practice. The associate attorney will collaborate with the firms other real estate and bankruptcy lawyers, paralegals, and support staff to deliver outstanding service to the firms clients, which include many of the nations premier lenders and mortgage servicers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members in the management of real estate matters from initiation through completion Draft, review, and approve real estate and foreclosure-related documents Review loan documents, payment histories, title reports, and loss mitigation status Ensure compliance with Virginia law and applicable federal regulations Position Requirements JD degree from an accredited law school.
