This role will focus on commercial real estate matters, with a strong preference for candidates who also have experience supporting mergers and acquisitions. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents; supporting asset and equity transactions; conducting due diligence; assisting with entity structuring; and managing deal closings from start to finish. The ideal candidate has a strong transactional foundation, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to manage multiple deals while working closely with clients and senior attorneys.
