Responsibilities: Enforce all range safety rules and protocols to ensure a safe shooting environment for all patronsMonitor range activities and intervene immediately when unsafe behavior is observedAssist customers with firearm handling, range procedures, and equipment questionsConduct range briefings and safety orientations for new and experienced shootersPerform routine range inspections, maintenance checks, and equipment upkeepRespond to emergencies and administer first aid as neededSupport retail and training staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements: Prior experience with firearms handling and range operations strongly preferredStrong knowledge of firearm safety rules and safe handling proceduresExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to remain calm, authoritative, and professional under pressureMust be legally eligible to handle and be around firearms About Us: Premier Shooting & Training Center is West Chester, OH's premier destination for recreational shooting, firearm training, and gun retail.
