Overview

Jackson and Coker Locum Tenens is seeking an Interventional Radiology Physician for a locum tenens role in Kentucky. The position involves providing 100% Interventional Radiology coverage with responsibilities including vascular procedures such as thrombectomy and support during call hours.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide 100% Interventional Radiology services
  • Perform vascular cases including thrombectomy and PE
  • Work 2 weeks out of every 3 weeks with one week on-call
  • Complete daytime shifts of 8-10 hours
  • Respond to night and weekend calls on a rotating schedule
  • Utilize support staff including APPs

Required skills

  • Board-Certified in Diagnostic Radiology and completed IR Fellowship
  • Active Kentucky medical license or IMLC
  • Experience with interventional radiology procedures
