Your responsibilities will include:Leading and supporting quality inspectors in daily inspection activitiesAssigning priorities and ensuring inspections are completed accurately and on schedulePerforming incoming, in-process, and final inspections of precision-manufactured componentsReading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, tolerances, and customer requirementsAccurately using micrometers, calipers, and other inspection equipmentVerifying finished products meet dimensional, visual, and quality requirementsIdentifying, documenting, and communicating nonconforming materials or productsWorking closely with production employees and leadership to resolve quality concernsHelping investigate defects, determine root causes, and support corrective actionsMaintaining accurate inspection records, quality documentation, and reportsReinforcing inspection procedures and quality-system requirementsTraining, coaching, and supporting quality team membersAssisting with internal audits, customer requirements, and continuous-improvement initiativesPromoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, precision, and qualityWhat You BringWe're looking for a quality professional who is technically confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking the lead.Required Qualifications:1-3 years of experience as a Quality Inspector, preferably in a manufacturing environment1-3 years of supervisory, team-lead, or quality leadership experience preferredExperience working in aerospace manufacturingProficiency using micrometers, calipers, and other inspection equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and dimensional tolerancesStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsAbility to communicate effectively with quality, production, and management teamsMust be a U.S. citizen due to applicable position requirementsPreferred QualificationsBilingual in English and SpanishWorking knowledge of Microsoft ExcelExperience in precision metal manufacturing or an AS9100 quality environmentFamiliarity with nonconformance reporting, corrective actions, and root-cause analysisReady to Take the Lead?If you're an experienced quality professional who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, supporting a team, and making sure every component meets exacting standards, this is an opportunity to take your career to the next level.You'll have the chance to lead from the floor, build a stronger quality operation, and play an important role in the production of technically deman
