Essential Responsibilities Quality Control - Conduct thorough inspections of incoming products, verifying lot numbers, expiration dates, packaging integrity, and compliance requirementsInventory Management - Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, organize stock, and ensure proper documentationOrder Processing - Pick, pack, and prepare shipments with a high degree of accuracyOperational Support - Assist with labeling, data entry, documentation, and general warehouse organizationTeam Coordination - Support internal teams by providing product information, stock availability updates, and workflow assistance Required Qualifications Attention to Detail - Demonstrated ability to identify discrepancies and prevent errorsAccuracy & Precision - Consistently produces error free work in all inventory and QC tasksStrong Attendance - Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a full time scheduleWork Ethic - Self motivated, dependable, and able to work without constant supervisionMinimum 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse operations, or quality controlProficiency with inventory systems, tracking tools, and basic computer applicationsAbility to work efficiently in a fast paced, hands on environmentAbility to lift 30-50 lbs. as needed Preferred Attributes Experience in medical, surgical, or regulated product environmentsFamiliarity with shipping platforms and fulfillment processesStrong organizational and documentation skillsAbility to adapt to evolving procedures and operational needs All offers of employment are conditional and subject to the satisfactory completion of a background investigation and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
