Responsibilities for a Quality Inspector include but are not limited to: Review and inspect incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and ultrasonic thickness testers to verify product conformance. Handle non-conforming materials including identification and disposition, while reviewing incoming material test reports to ensure full compliance with customer and industry specifications. Maintain knowledge of quality standards including AS9100D, AS9120B, and ISO 9001:2015, adhere to internal work instructions, and assist with conducting internal quality audits. Candidates for Quality Inspector must meet the following requirements to be considered: High School Diploma or GED with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in quality inspection. Solid understanding of quality management systems and standards such as AS9100D, AS9120B, or ISO 9001:2015, paired with basic computer skills and excellent communication abilities. Preferred experience in the aerospace industry, specifically working with sheet, plate, or titanium materials. What's in this Quality Inspector position for you?
