Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patient conditions through comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address their physical rehabilitation needs.Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to help patients regain strength, flexibility, and overall physical function.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes, while maintaining clear and accurate documentation of each session.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, psychologists, and occupational therapists, to create an integrated approach to patient care.Provide education to patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and injury prevention techniques.Participate in case reviews and meetings to share insights and contribute to the ongoing improvement of treatment protocols and patient care standards. Patient Population / Client Focus At Top Acres, you will work with a diverse array of patients, including individuals recovering from surgery, those with chronic conditions, and patients requiring rehabilitation following traumatic injuries. Your expertise in physical therapy will support patients from different backgrounds, ensuring they receive tailored care that addresses their specific physical health needs and aspirations. QualificationsCurrent state licensure as a Physical Therapist, adhering to all relevant California regulations and guidelines.A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Strong foundational knowledge of physical therapy practices, modalities, and current evidence-based approaches.Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a varied caseload, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
