Property Manager Contract-to-Hire Opportunity East Metro Twin Cities, MN Fully Onsite A growing and established multifamily housing organization is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a residential community in the East Metro area. This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional who enjoys resident engagement, operational leadership, and maintaining high-performing communities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong property management background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Compensation $25 - $32/hr DOQ Schedule Monday through Friday Full-time, daytime hours Fully onsite Employment Type Contract-to-Hire This position offers the opportunity to join a reputable property management organization on a long-term basis. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of a residential apartment community Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents Manage resident relations, lease compliance, and issue resolution Coordinate maintenance requests and property improvements Support occupancy goals through leasing and retention initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations Maintain accurate resident files and property records Work closely with regional leadership and onsite staff to achieve operational goals Assist with budgeting, reporting, and property performance metrics Required Qualifications Previous Property Manager experience within multifamily housing Strong resident relations and customer service skills Experience overseeing leasing, occupancy, and property operations Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Preferred Qualifications Affordable housing experience Knowledge of HUD, Section 8, or LIHTC programs Experience with Yardi or similar property management software Prior leadership or team supervision experience Ideal Candidate We're seeking a hands-on Property Manager who is proactive, organized, and passionate about creating a positive resident experience.
