Overview

Priderock Capital Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment community in Broomfield, Colorado. The role involves overseeing on-site maintenance, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents while managing maintenance staff and budgets.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee physical condition of vacant and occupied units, grounds, and common areas
  • Execute and manage maintenance functions including service requests and unit turnovers
  • Assign daily duties to maintenance staff and ensure timely completion
  • Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs
  • Hire, train, evaluate, and motivate maintenance staff
  • Assist with annual budget and manage vendor contracts
  • Maintain 24-hour on-call availability year-round
  • Complete required maintenance reporting

Required skills

  • 4+ years of property maintenance experience
  • Previous experience as an apartment maintenance supervisor
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
  • Strong technical skills in property maintenance
  • Customer service orientation
  • Leadership and team motivation skills
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • High School diploma or GED, technical school preferred
