CFS is looking for a Property Controller to join their rapidly expanding team in Wisconsin Dells. This role will oversee financial operations at their largest property, offering opportunities for growth and direct impact within the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage financial statements ensuring accuracy
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of property portfolios
  • Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Prepare for audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality preferred
