  • Manage financial statements ensuring accuracy
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of property portfolios
  • Manage month-end close processes including reconciliations and journal entries

  • Prepare for audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of experience in property financial management
