Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are Seeking a Couple of Experienced Project Managers for a Large Format Printing & Visual Solutions CompanyEnhance a Colour, based out of Danbury, CT has been growing leaps and bounds since the 2020 Pandemic, and is seeking several Experienced Project Managers to help us manage jobs from start to finish. You will help us direct and coordinate 30 to 40 different orders a month. We are Enhance a Colour, a full service visual solutions company working from a 165,000+ sq. ft facility in Danbury, CT, with over 11 million dollars in Production equipment and 50 plus great teammates.The Person we are looking to hire should be comfortable taking a leadership role, carrying out responsibilities including planning, assisting, and directly working with customers, salespeople, production managers and plant personnel, while setting project objectives & doable timelines, addressing complaints from the outside & internally and resolving production problems.You will perform the following duties:Oversee & Manage jobs from start to finish working with several Account Executives,reviewing their sales orders and schedules to plan department operations.You will need to manage working with our in-house Graphic Design Team and Production Employees to help explain jobs if needed, finding answers to questions, and solving problems.You will need to do the following,• Coordinate with sales staff and clients to answer questions.• Help the sales staff and work with clients in receiving artwork, drawings, and information for the job to give to creative and production in order to produce the job, on time or within the scheduled production.• Update the job sheets with changes and updates as the job moves forward. Notify the sales staff of the changes, so accurate pricing can be done, and notification can be sent to the client of the updated job cost, prior to delivery and install.• Help to problem solve, manage, and review with the creative team, production managers, and installation personnel, the artwork for correct usage locations on-site, and the producing sales staff will help and assist with this if needed.• Coordinate with plant management on materials and production schedules to ensure production and quality meets customer and company standards.• Check jobs for completeness, quality control and ensure orders are correct.• Occasionally help out with Pack out on orders and handle shipping via FedEx/UPS/Freight/Messenger or arrange for an in house delivery.• Assist the Production Managers on the shop floor to make sure jobs get completed on time and there are no quality issues.• Review production & operating reports to resolve operational, manufacturing & maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operating delays.• Must have a good eye & judgment of color, design, and printing quality.Qualifications:• Knowledge of large format printing processes required.• Have demonstrated negotiation skills.• The ability and flexibility to work on multiple tasks at one time.• Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication skills.• Sound judgment, decision-making and problem-solving skills.Benefits:Paid Vacations / Personal LeavePaid HolidaysHealth Care InsurancePaid Sick Days401K Retirement PlanJob Type: Full-time 40 hours per week plus paid OT as neededPay: Starting Base Salary of $65,000.00 - $78,000.00 based upon Experience.+ there is paid Overtime when needed + Production Bonuses.If this is a job that fits what you are looking for, please send a resume.Company DescriptionWe are based out of our 165,000 + square foot HQ, Showroom and Manufacturing facilities in Danbury, CT.
