Are you an experienced Medical Technologist who enjoys working across multiple areas of the laboratory? Do you have a strong background in Blood Bank and an interest in taking on more leadership responsibilities? We are recruiting for a General Laboratory Supervisor opportunity in the Indianapolis, Indiana area! This position is ideal for an experienced MT who wants to put their technical expertise to work while helping lead a clinical laboratory team. What You'll Be Doing Overseeing daily operations of a busy general laboratory Providing technical guidance and support to laboratory staff Working across Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Urinalysis, and Blood Bank Ensuring accurate testing, quality control, and regulatory compliance Assisting with staff training, scheduling, and workflow improvements Supporting a positive, efficient laboratory environment What We're Looking For MT certification through ASCP or AMT REQUIRED Strong experience in ALL major laboratory departments REQUIRED Hands-on Blood Bank experience is essential Solid understanding of general laboratory operations and quality standards Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Leadership experience is a plus!
