Hoover Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various construction projects in San Antonio, Texas. The role involves managing projects from initiation to closure, including hiring subcontractors, working with vendors, and tracking inventory.

Key responsibilities

  • Define the project scope
  • Create a construction estimate based on material takeoff
  • Develop a construction project management plan
  • Negotiate with general contractors and subcontractors
  • Develop a construction schedule with deliverables and milestones
  • Keep inventory of tools, equipment, and machinery
