Overview

MBA Consulting Services, Inc. (MBA CSi) is seeking a Project Manager to lead design and construction projects for the U.S. Postal Service's Facilities Repair & Alterations organization. This role involves managing various facility projects, ensuring compliance with USPS standards, and coordinating with contractors and vendors across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead small design and construction projects, including facility repairs and system upgrades
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and USPS teams to ensure timely project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance, feasibility studies, and cost analyses
  • Draft RFPs, review bids, and manage contractors from kickoff through acceptance
  • Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with USPS standards

Required skills

  • Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural) or Construction Management
  • 3-7 years' experience in commercial facility maintenance or construction project management
  • Skilled in project scheduling and contractor oversight
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to travel and obtain a Public Trust clearance
