This position serves as a key liaison between property teams, vendors, contractors, and leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Key Responsibilities - Project Coordinator Coordinate and track property improvement, renovation, and maintenance projects across multiple residential communities. Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation. Communicate with property managers, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders regarding project status and timelines. Monitor project milestones and provide regular progress updates to leadership. Maintain project files, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and compliance documentation. Support vendor sourcing, bid collection, and contractor scheduling activities. Track project expenses and assist with budget management and cost reporting. Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies. Ensure projects adhere to company standards, local regulations, and safety requirements. Identify potential delays or obstacles and help implement solutions to keep projects on track. Qualifications - Project Coordinator Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of project coordination, property management, construction administration, facilities, or related experience. Experience supporting multi-family housing, commercial real estate, property management, or construction projects preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with project management software and property management platforms is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset. Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to properties as needed.
