Overview

The Production Worker at Better Living Inc is responsible for assembling and manufacturing high-quality structural building components. This role requires manual labor, tool operation, and teamwork to ensure production deadlines are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Accurately assemble wood products according to production orders, blueprints, or shop drawings.
  • Safely use pneumatic nail guns, specialized saws, hammers, and other hand or power tools.
  • Measure, cut, and move lumber and metal connector plates as required for production.
  • Ensure finished products meet company quality standards and project measurements.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist other departments and team members to meet daily production goals.

Required skills

  • Experience in warehouse, construction, carpentry, or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately and perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Comfort and dexterity using hand and power tools in a fast-paced environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

What the company offers
