We have four strategically placed locations within the US including Pennsylvania, California, Texas, and Wisconsin with many more globally.We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Planner at our Limerick, PA facility.General Description:Assist in organizing production according to demand and quality standards. Ensure orders are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner, ensuring the timely and cost-efficient flow of our production operations.Reports to: Operations ManagerResponsibilities: Coordinate the production workflow of daily ordersIn conjunction with the Operations manager, plan and prioritize operations to ensure on-time order processing.Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand, coordinating with the plant manager to ensure needs are met.Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time - escalate potentially late orders to plant manager for remediation.Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.Communicate issues as they arise with the sales team.Respond to sales' requests for order status.Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.).Prepare and submit status and performance reportsKeep paperwork organizedCollaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staffOther Duties:Assist in maintaining accurate inventory.
