Overview

Zwicker & Associates, P.C., a national creditor rights law firm, is seeking a Production Attorney to support litigation by managing legal documents and case activities within a high-volume portfolio. This role emphasizes strong legal judgment and attention to detail while ensuring compliance with various legal standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with team members and firm management
  • Review, sign/file or reject legal pleadings and motions
  • Examine litigation case files and determine appropriate actions
  • Utilize proprietary software for updating case statuses
  • Meet production expectations efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with client and firm procedures
  • Evaluate case merits and provide legal recommendations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Admission to practice law in Arizona
  • Multiple state bar licenses or willingness to obtain additional bar licenses
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Knowledge of civil procedure and debt collection
  • Remote work capabilities including stable internet
