Overview

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. is seeking a Production Attorney to support litigation efforts in their Atlanta office. The role involves managing legal documents and case activities for a high-volume portfolio, requiring strong legal judgment and compliance with firm and court standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Review and file legal pleadings, motions, and other documents
  • Evaluate case merits and provide legal recommendations
  • Utilize proprietary software to update case statuses
  • Meet production expectations and comply with operating procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Admission to practice law in Arizona
  • Multiple state bar licenses preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Litigation/trial experience
  • Knowledge of civil procedure and debt collection
  • Experience in a high-volume environment
