Overview

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. is seeking a Production Attorney to support active litigation and manage legal documents within a high-volume portfolio. This role requires strong legal judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain compliance with various legal standards while working efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Review, approve, and manage legal pleadings and documents
  • Assess case merits and provide strategic legal recommendations
  • Utilize proprietary software to update account statuses
  • Comply with client and firm standard operating procedures
  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Manage and prioritize a large caseload

Required skills

  • Admission to practice law in Arizona
  • Multiple state bar licenses or willingness to obtain
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High motivation and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work a flexible 40-hour workweek
