Overview

Cargill is seeking a Production Associate to join their team in Marshall, Missouri. This full-time role involves working in the protein and salt business, where employees contribute to the handling and processing of meat products in a safe and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete various processes including weighing, bagging, packing, unpacking, labeling, and boxing of meat products.
  • Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
  • Work in a repetitive and fast-paced environment.
  • Stand for long periods and navigate slippery surfaces.

Required skills

  • Experience in a meat processing environment.
  • Experience in an industrial repetitive or fast-paced environment.
  • Manufacturing operations, food safety, quality control, packing, labeling, and safety compliance.
