Overview

EMM LOANS LLC is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join their growing branch in Robbins, Tennessee. The role involves processing residential mortgage loans while ensuring compliance with investor guidelines, primarily focusing on Purchase transactions. Remote candidates are welcome, and the position requires support during EST business hours.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of 25-30 loans
  • Process both Purchase and Refinance Transactions, focusing on Purchase loans
  • Review rate lock expiration dates and closing dates
  • Communicate loan terms and conditions to borrowers via phone and email
  • Coordinate with real estate agents, title companies, and other external parties
  • Run automated underwriting and submit a complete package to underwriting
  • Review income and asset documentation thoroughly
  • Schedule loans for closing and review final numbers

Required skills

  • Minimum of 3 years processing experience
  • Knowledge of FNMA/FHA/VA/USDA guidelines
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient math skills
  • Fluency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office
  • Working knowledge of Encompass is a plus
