Methodist Healthcare at Home is seeking a PRN Home Health Physical Therapist in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to help restore mobility and enhance quality of life, collaborating with physicians and care teams for optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain
  • Monitor progress and refine therapy plans
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on exercise programs and safe practices
  • Collaborate across disciplines for patient-centered care
  • Mentor therapy assistants or students

Required skills

  • Licensed Physical Therapist
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • No experience required
