Technical Summary:We're looking for a Principal Engineer Databricks / Analytics to build on the existing foundation and push it further, faster - hardening its security posture, strengthening its operations and resiliency, and scaling it to meet fast-growing demand for data and AI on sensitive health information. This is a hands-on, senior individual-contributor role for a seasoned technical leader who wants to drive a platform that real teams depend on and in partnership with internal stakeholders be the technical authority for how it's run, secured, and evolved. You-ll technically lead administration, security, operations, and self-service feature enablement as a secure, well-run, well-configure foundation and partner with stakeholders to manage catalog and schema design, data curation, and data governance.
