Overview

Lake Area Discovery Center is seeking a Preschool Classroom Support / After School Manager for their early childhood program located at Valley of Peace Lutheran Church in Golden Valley, Minnesota. This full-time position involves supporting preschool classrooms, managing after-school programs, and fostering relationships with children and families.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide classroom support in toddler and preschool classrooms
  • Assist with daily program operations and classroom management
  • Serve as Site Manager and Preschool Lead Teacher for the After-School Preschool Program
  • Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
  • Maintain a nurturing, positive learning environment
  • Collaborate with teaching staff, families, and administration
