Overview

Eagle Title is seeking a Pre-Closing Processor to join their team in Prince Frederick, Maryland. This full-time role involves processing, closing, and reviewing residential title files while ensuring compliance and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Process residential title files from inception through closing
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, settlement statements, mortgages, deeds, and title insurance policies
  • Verify monetary amounts for mortgages, taxes, and judgments
  • Prepare and review necessary settlement documents
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, and real estate agents for smooth settlements
  • Review legal documentation for accuracy and proper notarization
  • Update proprietary software with follow-ups and data entry

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in the Real Estate or Title Industry
