This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle needs.DutiesGreet customers in a courteous and friendly mannerAccept customers powersports unit and determine customer's servicing needs.Assist customers with parts and accessories purchases including offering additional product that may compliment the customers current unit.Communicate job status with customers and accept payment for services.Assist in sales by providing customers with information about services offered, promoting additional services when appropriate.Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer experience.RequirementsProven experience as a service writer with a strong background in vehicle maintenance, and parts knowledge.Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.A valid driver's license with an M endorsement is preferred; but not necessary.Join our team as a Service Advisor where your skills will be valued, and your contributions will make a difference in providing top-notch service to our customers!
