Overview

The Pool Utility role at Marriott International involves completing essential cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work areas of the hotel. You will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of equipment and areas, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods and cleaning areas.
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
  • Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver.
  • Practice clean-as-you-go procedures throughout the day.
  • Follow company and safety protocols; report unsafe conditions.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold guest service standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
