As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the integrity of various customers' pools, including cleaning tile, pool floors, pump baskets, filters, and more. You will also be checking the water pH and chemical levels and making adjustments as needed, documenting any pool issues, and communicating all issues and changes to both management and customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside much of the year. PFS Pool Service is hiring an experienced pool technician to join our team. We are a well-established company serving the Bay Area community for over 25 years, with a reputation built on quality service and long-term relationships with both customers and employees. Unlike many companies in the industry, our technicians are not overloaded with pools. Our routes are intentionally structured with fewer pools per day so you can focus on doing the job properly rather than rushing through accounts.
