Overview

The Plastics Management Trainee position at Lane Enterprises Inc is designed for high-potential candidates looking to prepare for leadership roles in plastics manufacturing. Key responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured, rotational training program across key areas of plant operations
  • Assist in monitoring daily manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with standards
  • Analyze plant performance data and identify improvement opportunities
  • Shadow experienced supervisors and managers to learn leadership and problem-solving techniques
  • Support the development of operational procedures for efficiency and safety
  • Gain experience in inventory control, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Participate in training programs on Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
  • Assist with maintenance coordination and equipment performance monitoring
  • Attend team meetings and support plant initiatives and audits
