Ownership & TeamworkContribute to a high-performance team by taking ownership of responsibilities and collaborating effectively.Follow plant leadership directives to support operational goals.Maintain clear and proactive communication with team members and supervisors.Take responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure they are completed safely and efficiently.Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices.Report issues promptly and suggest improvements to enhance plant operations.2. Operational Excellence ? Precision in Production & MaintenanceEnsure plant processes run smoothly by executing daily tasks with accuracy and efficiency.Operate, monitor, and maintain plant equipment according to procedures.Follow established processes to blend, transfer, and store fluids with precision.Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.Identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.Keep the plant clean and organized to promote efficiency and safety.3. Customer Service & Quality Assurance ? Product Integrity & ReliabilitySupport customer satisfaction by ensuring product quality and accurate order fulfillment.Adhere to blending and testing protocols to meet quality standards.Verify product specifications before transferring or loading fluids.Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for customer deliveries.Assist drivers with loading operations to maintain efficiency and safety.Document and address any quality concerns to maintain high service standards.4. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance ?
