Overview

Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking a Locum Tenens Pediatrician for outpatient services in Elko, Nevada. The role involves providing pediatric care on an ongoing basis with specific coverage dates and a daily patient volume of 15-20.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide pediatric coverage for outpatient needs
  • Provide supporting notes on timesheet entries to verify call back and overtime hours

Required skills

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics
  • Nevada or IMLC license
  • DEA certification required
  • PALS and NRP certifications
  • Minimum 3 years post-residency experience
  • Experience in outpatient services and patient care
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Medhost
  • Understanding of Medicaid compliance and credentialing processes
