We are currently seeking a Team Lead to join our team.Job Summary: Team LeadAs a Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting production operations, ensuring that parts are fabricated to meet work order specifications and customer requirements. This includes operating and setting up various CNC and non-CNC production machinery, conducting manual assembly tasks, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Essential Duties Team LeadBe a technical resource for operators.Train and develop less experienced operators with the help of the Value Stream Manager (VSM.Complete work order paperwork and maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and productivity.Operate machines like saws, manual mills, lathes, presses, routers, and more.Conduct in-process inspections according to standard procedures.
