Join VieMed Healthcare Staffing as a Pregnancy Resource Navigator in Miami, OK, where you will support pregnant and newly parenting families by connecting them to essential services and resources. This role is pivotal in improving health outcomes and family well-being during critical life stages, working within community and healthcare settings.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison for families connecting them to healthcare and social services
  • Provide guidance, education, and assistance to families before, during, and after birth
  • Coordinate care to promote positive health outcomes and family stability
  • Engage in community outreach and home visits as necessary
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse populations
  • Previous experience in healthcare, social work, or community outreach
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems and social services
  • Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare or social services preferred
  • Familiarity with Medicaid and insurance processes
