Overview

Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a Board Certified OB/GYN physician for a locum tenens position in Petoskey, Michigan. The role involves providing clinical and call coverage from August 15, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with responsibilities including patient care in an inpatient and outpatient setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide 8 hours of patient care Monday through Friday
  • Manage night call coverage during weekdays
  • Perform prenatal care, vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and VBAC procedures
  • Participate in 24-hour weekend call coverage
  • Utilize EMR system Cerner for patient records
  • Clock in/out using DocTime for reverse billing compliance

Required skills

  • Board Certified in OB/GYN
  • Active Michigan medical license
  • Active DEA Certification
  • Experience of at least 2 years in OB/GYN
  • Competence in prenatal care, vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and VBAC
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Cerner
