Job Description

Overview

This Healthcare System in New Mexico is seeking an internal medicine physician to join their multi-specialty medical group in locations such as Santa Fe, Clovis, and Ruidoso. The role offers a balance of direct patient care and administrative time, with additional support from clinical pharmacists and behavioral health clinicians.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide 34 hours of direct patient care and 6 hours of administrative time per week
  • Manage a patient load of 16-18 patients per day
  • Participate in practice call rotation
  • Work within a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model
  • Collaborate with clinical pharmacists, case managers, and RN/MA support
