A growing Gastroenterology program near New Orleans, Louisiana, is seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join their collaborative, patient-centered team. The practice offers significant patient demand and infrastructure to support its expansion, focusing on high-quality care and community involvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Join a collaborative team-focused on patient-centered care
  • Provide advanced GI procedures including ERCP
  • Supervise mid-level providers and contribute to a team-based care environment
  • Engage in academic involvement teaching Internal Medicine residents and medical students
  • Help shape the growth of GI services in the community

Required skills

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
  • MD or DO Medical Degree
  • Residency or Fellowship training in the United States
  • Experience with ERCP and advanced GI procedures
  • Familiarity with EPIC EMR
