Overview

The Physiatry/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician will work in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, where they will have a consistent Monday to Friday schedule with manageable patient volumes. The role involves supporting admissions, discharge planning, and providing general PM&R care for an adult patient population.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage admissions and discharge processes
  • Conduct general inpatient PM&R care
  • Provide flexible attending or consult-based coverage
  • Participate in 1:7 weekend call rotation

Required skills

  • Board Certified PM&R physician
  • Active Massachusetts medical license (preferred)
  • DEA certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of PM&R experience
  • Experience with EMR software, specifically Epic
