Source Medical, LLC is seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Physiatrist to join their established inpatient rehabilitation team in Little Rock, Arkansas. The position is located in a 120-bed CARF-accredited rehabilitation hospital focusing on comprehensive, multidisciplinary inpatient rehabilitation services for patients with neurologic, orthopedic, and medically complex conditions.

Key responsibilities

  • Join a collaborative care team of rehabilitation specialists, therapists, nurses, and case managers
  • Provide quality patient-centered care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
  • Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Commit to quality inpatient rehabilitation care

Required skills

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
  • Eligible for or active Arkansas Medical License
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in inpatient rehabilitation
