Overview

10 Fitness is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer for its Cabot, Arkansas location. The role involves conducting personal training sessions, both one-on-one and in groups, while fostering a positive community atmosphere and ensuring member safety and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct personal training sessions with clients during one-on-one and group sessions
  • Demonstrate proper use of strength training and cardiovascular equipment
  • Assist with 30-minute training assessments for new members
  • Create individual programming for clients that cannot participate in Level 10
  • Support clients' nutritional needs and generate progress reports
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the training area
  • Assist with customer service at the front desk
  • Develop relationships with clients to increase clientele
  • Ensure trainers are on time and ready for all training sessions

Required skills

  • 10 Fitness approved personal training certification
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Experience in personal training and fitness coaching
  • Knowledge of physical education, nutrition, physiology, and exercise science
  • Certified in MX4-Level 10 preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree in Kinesiology preferred
