Overview

The Personal Lines Account Manager at Momentum Insurance & Financial Services is responsible for the inside sales and servicing of personal lines insurance accounts. This role involves quoting and writing new business, managing existing accounts, and providing ongoing client service while adhering to agency procedures and performance expectations.

Key responsibilities

  • Quote, recommend, and sell personal lines insurance policies to new and existing clients
  • Follow up on leads and cross-sell opportunities for new business
  • Service and maintain assigned personal lines accounts
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and other service requests
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, claims, and policy servicing
  • Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy issuance and related matters
  • Document client communications and account transactions in the agency management system
  • Support agency retention efforts by managing accounts affected by premium increases or non-renewals

Required skills

  • Knowledge of personal lines insurance products and policy servicing procedures
  • Ability to quote and sell insurance products
  • Strong communication skills with clients and coworkers
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with agency management systems and standard office software
  • Texas General Lines Property and Casualty license required
  • Previous personal lines insurance and customer service experience preferred
  • AMS360 experience preferred
