Overview

The Radchenko Law Group, a litigation firm in Plano, Texas, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to support the firm in managing a focused caseload of motor vehicle, premises liability, and complex injury matters. The role requires 5-7 years of Texas plaintiff personal injury experience, with a strong emphasis on drafting legal documents and managing litigation deadlines.

Key responsibilities

  • Run litigation files from intake through resolution
  • Manage a docket of active Texas plaintiff personal injury files
  • Draft original petitions, discovery requests, and trial pleadings
  • Calendar and manage litigation deadlines
  • Order, track, and summarize medical records and documentation
  • Coordinate with medical and expert witnesses
  • Handle e-filing in Texas courts and manage service of process
  • Prepare deposition outlines and mediation submissions
  • Maintain client communication and represent the firm professionally
  • Organize file management using Filevine

Required skills

  • 5-7 years of paralegal experience in Texas personal injury law
  • Working knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence
  • Experience drafting legal documents with minimal attorney rewrites
  • Familiarity with Texas e-filing and service of process
  • Hands-on experience with case management software, preferably Filevine
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven
  • Notary commission or willingness to obtain within 90 days
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Trial-preparation experience is a major plus
