Overview

CornerStone Staffing is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager for a well-known Personal Injury Law Firm in Addison, Texas. This role will focus on negotiating bodily injury claims and managing pre-litigation files to drive favorable outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury files from intake through settlement
  • Lead negotiation of bodily injury claims with insurance carriers
  • Evaluate medical records, damages, and liability to support settlement strategy
  • Draft and review demand packages and supporting documentation
  • Communicate with clients, providers, and insurance adjusters throughout the case lifecycle
  • Review and process liens, settlement statements, and case-related documentation
  • Maintain accurate case notes and ensure deadlines and compliance standards are met

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience handling and negotiating bodily injury claims/settlements
  • Hands-on negotiation experience within a personal injury law firm
  • Experience working with Texas claims
  • Strong understanding of pre-litigation case management and settlement processes
  • Ability to manage multiple cases with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • $100 Sign On Bonus after completion of 2 weeks on assignment
  • $31.25-33.65/hr BOE
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
