Permanency Adoption Specialist The Permanency Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring children and families achieve stable, permanent living situations, with a focus on long-term well-being and safety. This position works collaboratively with social workers, families, and community partners to develop and implement permanency plans for children in foster care, adoption, or other family reunification scenarios. The specialist will also assess and support the progress of families in achieving reunification or other permanent placements, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
