Overview

National Staffing Solutions is seeking two CRNAs to join their growing team at Lima Memorial in Lima, Ohio. This role involves various anesthesia services in a collaborative environment, with approximately 20-30 surgical cases per day and autonomy supported by a strong anesthesiologist team.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform anesthesia services in a hospital setting
  • Manage 2-3 surgical cases per shift
  • Independently handle pre-ops, inductions, emergences, and nerve blocks
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of anesthesiologists and nurses
  • Participate in a robust block program
  • Utilize organized anesthesia-specific EMR

Required skills

  • CRNA certification
  • Experience in anesthesia and patient care
  • Familiarity with Meditech EMR
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Team collaboration skills
  • Clinical autonomy in practice
