Overview

Blanchard Valley Health System is looking for a Lead CRNA to oversee daily operations in their established practice in Findlay, Ohio. This role offers the option of full-time hospital employment or a 1099 service agreement, with responsibilities including managing CRNA assignments, promoting communication with surgical staff, and ensuring quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and direct CRNA assignments
  • Promote open communication and a collaborative work environment
  • Provide guidance and feedback for efficient patient care
  • Participate in physician and advanced practice provider interviews
  • Support customer service initiatives with patients and staff

Required skills

  • Board Certified CRNA
  • At least 2 years' work experience as CRNA
  • Ohio license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in patient care and anesthesia
