Overview

TPMG is seeking a full-time BE/BC Pediatrics Hematology/Oncology physician to join their growing pediatric specialty group in Oakland, California. The position involves attending to both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing consultations for general pediatricians, and teaching medical students and residents.

Key responsibilities

  • Attend to inpatient and outpatient pediatric settings
  • Provide consultations for general pediatricians
  • Teach medical students and residents
  • Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Engage in monthly pediatric oncology tumor board meetings
  • Care for pediatric patients, including those with sickle cell and hemophilia

Required skills

  • Board certification in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology
  • Completed fellowship in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
  • Excellent communication skills
