Overview

Integrity Bookkeeping LLC is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team in Stryker, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of payroll processing experience and good computer skills, working on payroll for over 75 companies.

Key responsibilities

  • Process payroll using Cyberpay Payroll Program
  • Update employee and employer information as needed
  • Set up new companies for payroll processing
  • Monitor and update payroll tax rate changes
  • Cross train as backup to Tax Manager
  • Open and close payroll tax accounts as needed
  • Conduct reconciliations for taxes, returns, and benefits
  • Prepare Workers Compensation reports and payments
  • Complete OSHA and EEOC reporting
  • Perform filing and other office duties

Required skills

  • Payroll processing experience (3+ years)
  • Knowledge of Ohio payroll laws
  • Reconciliation skills
  • Experience with Cyberpay Payroll Program
  • Familiarity with Ohio Business Gateway preferred
  • Good computer skills
